Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests require a fully verified account (completed KYC). Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within hours of approval; bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed to the TRC20 wallet address provided at the time of the withdrawal request.
Currency: All balances on pak356 are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a separate crypto wallet balance is held. Exchange rate conversions for USDT deposits and withdrawals are applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
pak356 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
All bets and wagers placed on pak356 are final once confirmed. pak356 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where the Platform has made a manifest error in the presentation of odds, game information, or event data.

Game-specific rules, including rules for cricket betting, sports wagering, live dealer games, slot machines, and crash games, are published within the respective game interfaces and product sections on pak356. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
pak356 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, and expiry dates.
Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to multiply bonus value — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pak356 reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and any winnings derived from abusive bonus activity, and to suspend or permanently close the offending account(s).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak356 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
All content on the pak356 Platform — including but not limited to the pak356 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak356 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of pak356.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak356 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
pak356 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information. The total aggregate liability of pak356 to any Player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits pak356's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
